Our stay at Mansion De Los Angeles was enjoyable overall. The hotel's location, just a few minutes from the main plaza, was perfect for exploring the area. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The food, especially the buffet, was delicious.

Located just a block from the main plaza, this charming hotel in the highlands of Chiapas offers easy access to San Cristóbal's main attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable with Colonial furniture, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the buffet-style breakfast is tasty and there is also the option to have things cooked to order. the lovely central courtyard-restaurant offers a quaint atmosphere for dining.
Some of the rooms face into the courtyard, which could create some noise, but it is a minor issue compared to the advantages the hotel offers.

Housed in a historic building, this hotel has a charming atmosphere and quaint decoration. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us with our needs.
The rooms were quite noisy due to the thin walls and tile floors that amplified every sound from the courtyard and neighboring rooms. the bathroom was small, humid, and in need of better maintenance.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a block away from the main plaza of this city's historic area. I loved the clean and spotless room, with a comfortable bed and great hotel facilities. Also, the staff was very helpful, even though they didn't speak English.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel offered a great Christmas buffet and champagne. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and many shops and restaurants.
The rooms were quite small and dark, and there was little natural light. the heating system didn't work very well and it was quite cold at night.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
